SHEDDING,

Life Reset Retreat
September 10th - 17th 2026

A Journey to Reconnect with Your Inner Core—Through the Senses
Shedding the past. Creating your future.
We all have one pivotal week in our lives—the kind that shifts something inside us, quietly or profoundly.
This may be yours.
Join me for a week of slow rhythms and deep presence in the coastal village of Yport, in Normandy France— a former fishermen’s town that has preserved its charm, simplicity, and soul.
You’ll be immersed in the raw beauty of the Normandy coast, where cliffs meet sea and history lingers in the stones. Each day is gently structured around one of the five senses, inviting you to experience the sacred through sound, sight, scent, taste and touch.
Through mindful experiences, nature walks, artistic encounters, sound meditations, and shared meals, you will be guided back to your inner landscape—where clarity lives and transformation begins.
Yport and its surroundings offer a rich palette of inspiration:
-
The ancient resonance of Gregorian chants in a 7th-century abbey.
-
The silence of clifftop hikes to Etretat.
-
The legacy of artists like Renoir, Corot, and Duchamp, who summered there and were shaped by this very light and atmosphere.
-
The flavors of local cuisine and the slow rituals of village life.
-
The creative spark that arises when hands knead clay.
This retreat blends natural beauty, cultural depth, and intentional practice—woven together with your personal intentions and the season’s quiet wisdom.
Come as you are.
Leave with a deeper sense of self, grounded in your own sacred rhythm.
Experience what magic can create when one is being held and free.
