The power of music to integrate and cure... is quite fundamental. It is the profoundest non-chemical medication." Oliver Sacks, Awakenings
Benefits of Sound Meditation
A Sound Meditation is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
Using a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including tuning forks, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, rattles and chimes, Sound Meditation helps:
-
Release both physical and emotional tension through vibrational sound therapy, which resonates through every cell in the body and soothes the nervous system.
-
Aligns the body and mind in a harmonious blend of true presence and relaxation.
-
Contributes to individual wellbeing but also fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere within groups and the workplace.
-
Encourages clarity of mind —a powerful ally in decision-making and navigating daily life and with greater ease— by creating a sacred space, untouched by external overstimulation.

About Sabine
My name is Sabine Feuilloley
Originally from France, I’ve called New York home for over 30 years—a city whose energy and diversity have shaped both my personal life and professional journey.
My path has been anything but linear, marked by resilience, reinvention, and revelations—from the fashion world to healthcare.
During my career in fashion, I discovered traditional meditation, and later sound meditation—practices that became essential tools for balance and clarity in a fast-paced universe, and later inspired me to explore healthcare with a deeper sense of care and presence.
Experiencing through meditation the profound connection between body and mind has deepened my belief in the power of adaptability and care, values I now share through sound meditation.
In times of constant change, I see it as a simple yet powerful way for anyone to ground themselves, realign, and thrive.
Trained with experienced practitioners, I bring a grounded and professional approach to every session while keeping the practice accessible, transformative, and deeply restorative.
I thrive in spaces where quiet, restorative moments coexist with excitement and celebration of the richness of human cultures.

I had never done sound meditation (or any form of meditation) before and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience. I’ve now done it several times and each session is better than the last. The sounds and scents were simultaneously intriguing and calming, taking me from a hectic workday to a soothing mindset that lifted my spirits for the remainder of the day. I highly recommend sound meditation to anyone and am grateful I had the opportunity to give it a try.”

Existing research confirms sound healing synchronises brain waves to achieve instantly profound states of relaxation for everybody, soothing the nervous system and helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies.
Why is sound meditation beneficial?
Overtone instruments like gong & singing bowls induce a spontaneous state of relaxation called theta. In theta, or lucid dream state our brainwave frequencies range from 4 to 7 Hz. These frequencies allow our body to fully relax, letting our physical, emotional, and mental self to repair & expand.
