Booking and Cancellation policy

Reserving your place

Your place at the Yport Retreat from March 15th to 19th 2027 is confirmed once we receive your booking details and payment.

You may pay in full or reserve your place with a deposit of 25% of your retreat price. The deposit counts toward your total payment. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins, on January 14th 2027.

Early-bird pricing

Our early-bird price of ... is available for bookings confirmed with a deposit or full payment by January 14th 2027.

After this deadline, the standard price of $2100 applies.

If you book during the early-bird period, your discounted price is secured, provided you pay your remaining balance by the stated due date. The same cancellation terms apply to early-bird and standard bookings.

If you need to cancel

We understand that plans can change. Please send cancellation requests to sfeuilloley@gmail.com. The date we receive your email determines which cancellation terms apply.

• 90 days or more before the retreat: we will refund payments made, minus the booking deposit.

• 60–89 days before the retreat: we will retain the booking deposit and refund 50% of any payments made above the deposit.

• Fewer than 60 days before the retreat: payments are non-refundable.

The booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise. No further balance will be due after you cancel, but any overdue payment must be resolved under these terms.

Transferring your place

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person up to 14 days before the retreat. Transfers require our written approval and are subject to the replacement participant meeting any stated participation requirements. There is no transfer fee.

If we cancel or change the retreat dates

If we cancel the retreat, we will refund all payments you have made to us, including your deposit.

If we change the retreat dates, you may choose to accept the new dates or receive a full refund.

Please contact us before making non-refundable travel arrangements. Any responsibility for separately booked travel or other expenses will be determined by applicable law.
